The Meeting Process

By following these simple procedures, you will ensure optimum results from your client engagement.

Schedule early so EBC staff can provide proper support.

  • 6 weeks for a custom technical briefing
  • 4 weeks for an educational or executive briefing

You may also contact Michael Ballard via phone 214.262.2568 or email mballard@necunified.com.  Intranet meeting requests will be coming soon.  You will be asked to provide:

  • Requested dates and times
  • Number of attendees
  • Hospitality requests
  • Presentation topics

A briefing manager will be assigned to you and will contact you immediately.
Your briefing manager can help you develop your customized agenda and confirm all of your requirements.  Your briefing manager is your single point of contact through the completion of your event.

Contact your client
After you have approved the draft agenda, please confirm the meeting date and objectives with your client.  The EBC staff will schedule all needed resources.

Complete an evaluation
You will be emailed a link to an online survey for you and your client to fill out. 

Presentation files
You and your client will receive a secured link to download all presentations from the web.
